Hungarian Scientologists Celebrate 10 Years in Budapest

Nearly 500 Scientologists gathered in Budapest to mark the tenth anniversary of the Church of Scientology headquarters on Váci Road.

Opened in 2016, the six-storey religious centre has become a home for Scientology religious services and community programmes. The anniversary featured a religious service, musical performances, a photographic and video retrospective and a presentation looking toward the coming years.

During the past decade, the Budapest church has also hosted activities focused on drug education, human rights, humanitarian service and dialogue between religions. These activities are connected news eua with social betterment programmes inspired by Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard.
